Storage & Best Before Date
Products are sent in individual bags to maintain freshness for longer. Please keep the product sealed and in an airtight container until you are ready to eat. Once opened store in an airtight container.
Cookies should be eaten within 5 days of their production date (check the label on the box for these dates)
Brownies & Rocky roads, within 7 days.
During warmer weather, I recommend storing in an airtight container in the fridge. Allow to come to room temp before eating.
Chill treats before you attempt to remove the cello bags, it'll make it easier!
Delivery
Delivery is £4.99 - Free on orders over £50!
Orders are sent asap via Royal Mail using their RM24 service. Most orders will arrive next day after dispatch. Please ensure someone is available to take delivery or that you have set up a suitable safe place with a neighbour for example (preferably out of the sun!) Refunds or replacements will not be offered when goods have expired after being taken back to a depot.
If you live locally and wish to collect, please select 'Local Collection' as the postage option and contact me via the form here to arrange a suitable time to do so. Collections will usually be on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday.
