Deliveries

Orders will be posted asap via Royal Mail unless otherwise stated. I use the RM24 service so most orders should arrive next day after dispatch. 

Local Collection

If you have chosen to collect your order, please keep an eye on your e-mails as I will contact you there to arrange a time for you to collect, if you do not receive an e-mail from me, please contact me via the contact form here.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are not accepted. If you have an issue with your order arriving damaged, please take photos of the damage INCLUDING the outer packaging & address label. Please include photos of the entire package & close up photos as these will be needed to make a claim for the damage.
